Pascal and Christelle gave us a very warm welcome and their recommendations for
places to visit were very helpful, including the truffle market in Richerenches, a visit to
a truffle farmer with tasting and purchase of truffles, and a stop at the Montine estate.
The two truffle-based dinners on Friday and Saturday evening gave Pascal the
opportunity to show off his culinary skills.
