1. Your Stay & Booking
To ensure a peaceful and high-quality experience, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required during July and August.
A baby cot can be provided for children up to 2 years old (€15 per night), to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
For reasons of hygiene and to preserve the tranquility of the property, pets are not permitted.
2. Rates & Payment
Our rates are per night for two guests and include a delightful homemade breakfast, served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
A local tourist tax (set by the municipality) applies and is payable on site.
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
More than 15 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
Less than 15 days before arrival: the total stay is due.
Early departure or no-show: the full stay remains payable.
4. Welcome
We look forward to welcoming you under the best conditions:
Check-in: from 4:30 PM. Kindly inform us in case of late arrival so we can organize your welcome.
Check-out: rooms are to be vacated by 11:00 AM.
5. Payment Methods
The remaining balance of your stay, as well as any additional services or taxes, can be settled upon arrival or departure, depending on your preference.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Bank transfer (to be completed prior to arrival)
Cash (within legal limits)
6. Guest Responsibility, Security & Comfort
Mas Bella Cortis is a place dedicated to relaxation, elegance, and serenity, which we strive to preserve for all our guests.
Damages: guests are kindly asked to take care of the property. Any damage to furniture, equipment, or facilities will be billed accordingly.
Personal belongings: while we ensure the security of the estate, we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items or vehicles. We recommend keeping valuables out of sight.
Non-smoking policy: for the comfort and safety of all, all indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking.
In case of non-compliance, a professional cleaning fee may be applied.
